I did call them... They didn't provide me the details of the Additional evidence and asked me to wait for the Notice.. Also they said they will be sending it to my address.. I was under the impression that they will be sending it to my lawyer.

I already transferred my H1 on 1st week of March within 1 day and worked on a 3-4 week project ( real Project from a good client) but now we are not been able to nail the next Project and this new company is very accurate about H1 ( they should be also ) - they will cancel my H1 after the last Pay stub.
They are trying their best and i'm trying my best but things not working out on H1B. I definitely have way more fit Jobs on EAD and that's why I posted this in the weekend.
If some real employer can transfer my H1 It will be quota exempt because I've I-140 approval.
You are exempt from this year's quota even if your 140 is not approved. I was referring to your wife's H1 possibilities. I think your first priority should be get an employer who can transfer your H1. Alternately, you could request your current H1b sponsor to give you a few more weeks to sort out your situation. It sounds from your tone that F1 for your wife is the last thing you want to consider.
The IT market is not as bad as it seems(assuming you are in this field). With so many years of experience, I would use all my contacts to find a H1B sponsor. Believe me, there are still some good consulting firms out there. Good luck!

We got a rejection notice for my wife's 485 & 765 application. The notice said

Mine is similar case. While sending the application he missed the 2 pages of my wife's I485 application. He said he will try to send it again. Not sure what happens. :-((
Did you got the Rejected notice back? These lawyers are big A**** they don't do proper job after getting money. In the mean time pls have all your congressmen and senator info ready to contact in case of rejection.

Somewhat the same situation happened to me, and my attorney advised this in order to avoid the filing:
You may call your bank and hold the checks that you sent second time. If INS finds that the check is not 'withdrawable' they will not file your application.
I agree with fatjoe- that is probably the best way. You could always call customer service and see if they have any suggestions? Good luck to you

Govt well know that a big chunk of money is gonna come from NRIs and even bigger will come from future NRIs. To sustains India's growth they need it big time.
In my opinion it would be a good idea to seek Govt of India's help..

Here is my situation:
I was on H-1 B status with my former employer then I changed jobs using AC 21 and I am currently working on EAD with my new employer. I didn't transfer my H-1b from former employer to new employer since I have EAD. I still have H-1b visa stamp on my passport that will not expire until end of 2010. I am planning to go home to visit my family during the summer for 2 weeks. my question is : do i need to apply for travel document to be able to come back or can I just use the H-1B stamp on my passport even tough I am not with my green card sponsoring employer anymore??
Please advise. Thank you in advance.
You can enter with previous company H1 visa, only if you are maitaining that status (H1) with new company. As you are currenty working on EAD with other emplyer, the previous H1B visa has no use. You need AP to enter, as you are in pure AOS.

I have one more question? When I spoke with USCIS and opened the inquiry in dec 2010. why did they come up with " RFE resposne not received till todate?" Do you think thye just checked the online status and responded back. My lawyer says that they spoke with someone at Texas service center and they told them that they have received the response. This stinky ba%^#@rd speaks loud and confuses people a lot with out giving the clear picture of broken legal immigration and with out mentioning the pain of long waiting legal immigrants (Current system neglects and keeps honestly taxpaying and law abiding legal immigration based applicants , this jerk never mention the facts of the broken system, it's taking 15 yrs to get a green card for legal immigrant to become permanent resident which is unfair and keeps that individual and applicant family in the state of limbo). He always mixes legals with illegals (undocumented) and confuses all with his border protection preachings and with out respecting the country's backbone of business immigration.

Guys, According to following URL, it seems that all july filers should get the RN by now irrespective of the processing centers. I am 24th July filer but still did not get the RNs so far. Are other ppl also in same boat? Please let me know. I am worried now.

I don't have the stats right in front of me, but it is my impression that except for a few odd years (FY06 comes to mind), EB-1 did not max out its numbers. Using EB-1 for L-1 executives is a relatively new idea.
