Its simple,,fill in form 10c and and form 19 and send it to HR. They should even help you get it direct deposit in to your local account in India. I got mine....it was pain-less. This was not with tcs,,,another company...
My case is not simple but i did not quit in usa either..i resigned without doing the notice period in india sometime back.
So is it possible to file 10C and 19 directly with the PF office and get the money without involving TCS?

Hello,
I am currently under H1-B status, and have received a visa stamp at the embassy in my home country. But my H1B visa is going to expire on September 30, 2007 and I have taken a long break for my health problem from my "current" employer since last year December. Now I am in my home country. Recently a US law firm wants me to work for them and starts to line up an interview for me. What's possible result of my H1B status and what's your suggestion? Thank you very much~~

Isn't this disputable by the Lawyers?
I mean fine ask questions for the company who has filed for the Visa but now going to doubt if their clients are legit 2, much.
Following the link is even more disturbing about the guest comment preparing to answer the RFE where CIS is asking for floor plan OF THE CLIENT.

Can some one tell me which documents do I need to send for EAD and AP renewal. Also my EAD and AP expired before 4 months. Till date I have not used EAD and AP but now planning to use. So need help on that.

you are allowed to file for a renewal 120 days before the previous document expires.

Hi,
I am E-filing my EAD thru online. There is a dropDown where it asks for "Current Immigration Status"...
My Situation:
1. Entered into USA using H1B Visa
2. Changed the job and now working using EAD
3. In othyer words, my status would be AOS Pending...
Now question is there is no "AOS Pending" status in that dropdown. SO, I am confused about chosing the correct status...
The nearest ones that I am thinking are "parolee" or "UNKNOWN"
Has anyone faced the situation? Could you please help me?

Visitor visa/Business visa for Germany .I have plan business trip to Germany but to get visa, German consulate web site saying they will need visa stamp in passport. My visa stamp in passport is expired and I had use AP for my last entry.
Does any have done European visa with above condition .Please share your thoughts?

Did you call up the embassy and ask? I got a tourist visa last year from their embassy in SFO. Was on H1 and had a stamp at that point, but in general they were very helpful over the phone. So try calling the embassy...

I have already started looking and yes I agree. I would not hurry up things. I would take my time and get something good regardless my company pays or not.
Also I am going to do an official contract with my company and they would be paying utilities like internet and others separately. They would also add work insurance to it. It could be possible that another 2 people apart from me would work at my home office. Are you sure that it is not taxable if I get money from my employer as rent?
Any way thanks. I really appreciate all your responses. Market is bad and NJ is terrible for house. I am getting old houses for 500k and prices are not reducing any time. I have been watching it for 5 months now.

Hello,
I am a new commer with no photography experience. I bought the D70 body with the sigma 28-80mm/3.5-5.6 and the 70-300mm/4-5.6 lens. when taking pics with the 28-80mm lens the pics seem to be alittle blurry and dark, and with the 70-300mm comes out alot clearer and slightly brighter. I am mostly taking pics of people in action, in the house (pics of kids while playing) where the lighting is alittle dim, but not dark. I am wondering if I need to get a new lenes with a better fstop or what to help my pics out??? I must include that I am not trying to use the flash because of the harsh lighting effect that it has. can anyone recommend what I should do to clear up my pics?

good post ..actually H1 program has become like a witchhunt (for better or not) ..I heard similar stories for those in cognizant (I thought it was a good company but I remember reading some postings which were contrary to my thought ) . one of my friend is having trouble with h1 extension ..it keeps getting denied.

I sumited my wife's & my I140 and I485 together in this July 2nd, 2007. I already got receipt and the requesting for fingerprinting. If i file a divorce now does it going to have any effect on my processing?

Then what kind of visa that I have to hold between the beginning until I am ready to hire total of 10 and file my EB5.

Not necessary. You can grow the business slowly. But only when your business grows to the size of 10 employess, you can file for EB5.
