You are right... you should not submit documents with your LC first submission. In my case, they asked for some documents after my submisission(what it's called Audit); one of them was the Ad which they were not satisfied with it, so they Denied my case. However we appealed sending the whole Ad page making them change the case back to 'In Process'.
If you are still around, I just wanted to let you know that my PERM labor got approved on May 1st. It was filed on Oct 31st. No audit. Looking at your signature, looks like they also approved your LC. Congratulations!

People accepting money are not Mother Teresa or Registered Charity. In this country all kinds of people call you, email you and ask you for money for all kinds of reasons. Greed happens in tragic events too. Do not expect everyone in this world to have a pure heart. This case is genuine but we need better management and disclosure on their website. This is a least you can expect from educated University Students.

Did anyone go to San Jose ASC at Charcot drive for their Biometrics?
I would appriciate if you can share your experience, in trems of, what time of the day did you go, was it crowded, how long did you wait, are the kids allowed inside, ease of the bio metrics process, have you been there before your actual appointment date, if yes what time of the day did you go and how soon were you done.
Also if your LUD changed after the appointment and did you call the FBI number to verify whether the prints were right?

If they are not showing the intent to deny letter, they may be want to prevent you from quitting the company and going elsewhere now that u have ur 3 yr H1B with you.....be mindful of that.

This was big surprize to me. Mine and my spuse had hard LUD on our I485 with the current status as :Notice Returned as Undeliverable. There wer no other updates or status change or approval or denial or soft LUD etc.
The most surpising to me that both of us received the Finger Printing notices on our new address just a month ago.
This is really frustrating.
When I called up the 800 number the lady said just ignore this status as this is some computer glitch.
Dont know what to do just believe her or try to do something else?

My wife is in the same situation and debating whether to continue the employment with EAD renewal receipt or not. Could you please share which USCIS number did you call and what options did you select so that we can also call and get the clarificatiion from USCIS directly..just to be on safe side!! Thanks!

There is already a case of a friend's(PD-Sep 08) whose constant request for information was sidelined and finally in May 09 he was told his PERM was approved in Feb 09. That was total BS, fearing something is amiss I started off on a screenshot request and I am getting stiffed saying DOL is a big pain and hard to pull up cases. I am already running on my 7th year and this BS has my blood boiling over.

In that case I apologize. But of late there has been a spate of such suspicious activity. Look at the number of new threads opened about people being sent back by accounts with only 1 post. Looks at the pointless argument going over between messers snram4 and u.misc. Check their history and make up your own mind. I cannot imagine someone with any semblance of maturity could engage in just hideously low level argument. So obviously there is an agenda at work. To each is own . But please, its funny only if your audience finds it funny and there is nothing funny about the Feb visa bulletin no matter which part of the world you are from.

What was your shutter speed? I downloaded the image, but all I saw in the exif was some Mac Photoshop CS info..
I'm guessing stopping down that lens (like f/8-11) will probably yield you the best results on that 75-300. I've heard that it's soft on the long end too. Obviously with the available light, your shutter speed is going to have to figured from metering. You said it was sunrise, so I'm guessing your shutter speed was determining how much you could stop down, without needing a tripod and/or having the geese blur cause of motion.
If the 300D's AF is similar to the 10D, it's not the quickest. Don't touch a 1D or you will long to upgrade. :-)

You cant file H1 on your own. You need ur employers signature on it and ur employer has to file the petition. Even if you beat all that it is still very very risky to file on your own.
I strongly discourage the word "Attorney" for everything. Just because of memebers like kriskris these Attroney's are living lavishly. What the heck these Attroneys know that we don't know. Don't we know how to write our names? Don't we know how to fill an application form? Please stop saying "Attroney" for everything. These are not complex things. Please note according to one survey 70% of Americans don't know how to fill Bank application. Attroneys are just making the money out of this situation.

I already have an OPT and planning to work on it in the real estate field. but my Opt will be expiring at the end of this year and i am looking for other ways to keep working in the US. From what you telling me i don t have much options. i will keep looking or hire a lawyer there must be a solution. i am a bit surprised that they allow you to work in such field with an OPT and you can t take it anywhere.

The work you do in your OPT must be in your field of studies. You are likely violating immigration rules during your OPT period as well unless your degree was in secretarial work or real estate (I do not know of any such degree ...)
